Kids & Teens Strength & Conditioning

Our Kids program is for ages 6-11 years old, and our Teens program is for ages 12-17 years old

We offer age appropriate fitness training for Pre-Teen and Teenagers. Our current sessions are open to boys and girls ages 12-17. This program is great for boys and girls of all athletic abilities. Great for a student athlete looking to improve their game in the off season and it’s greatly beneficial to someone who currently doesn’t play a sport and are looking to be more active and physically fit. We teach kids the proper mechanics and technique for all movements. We have a built in accountability system that will log and retest strength and conditioning benchmarks so they can see measurable progress in their fitness.
