Personal Training sessions can be scheduled at times that work for the individual. It is up to you how you use your time. For Personal Training, sessions are $50 per hour and you start with a free 30 minute consultation. We typically do 10 session packs to give you enough time to achieve your goals as needed, as our knowledgeable and passionate coaches lead you to success.
Athletes can either sign up for private sessions exclusively or participate in a combination of group classes and private sessions.
